Speedometer does not work

Only drives in second gear. It shuts off when coming up to a stop and speedometer doesn't work.

Let's start with getting codes because I suspect that will tell us what the issue is. The reason is this could be a speed sensor or more complicated so we need to see if the vehicle is telling us what it sees as the issue.

Let me know what codes are there and we can go from there. Thanks

I haven't gotten the codes yet. I'm working on that. But I did change both sensors and still nothing. Thank you for your help.

Lets check on fuses. it sounds like the cluster when out if the fuses are good. here is a guide and the fuse locations in the diagrams below:
