The upper radiator hose is collapsing as the car cools

If the fuel with the cleaner was used, I don't think. Also, if it was cleaning things such as dirt or carbon, the smoke would likely be black or dark gray.

If it is running well, continue driving it. Pay close attention to engine coolant. Also, hopefully, it will stop as quickly as it started. However, if you notice it more often, we will need to do some checks on the head gasket.
