I have new spark plugs, coils IAC, map sensor, crank sensor, knock sensor, TPS sensor, cam, sensor, oil filter, air filter, oil fuel pump, fuel filter and radiator flush. No coolant leaks or oil leaks. It runs. Touch at idle and wants to cut out past 3500 rpm. What could be making this happen? Also, when I pull the plugs the front passenger side is wet with gas.

Sounds like pass side isn't firing scan for codes, check fuel pressure with a gauge and look for a vacuum leak. See link. Auto parts rent gauge.
