Truck will try to start on its own

Truck will try to start on its own. Have burnt up 2 starters and 2 solenoids.

have to disconnect batteries when not using it.

the last time it did it also burnt up window control switch in drivers door.

have had issues with steering column. The starting on its own started after that.

will not do it all the time.

You have a short in the column from your description. Get this attended to asap ans you may be doing damage to the harness.

The last time we had the electrical issue it screwed up the window controls. Any ideas on how to fix. Replaced control panel on door but they still do not work.

Dont even know the issue. We are eliminating the possibilities here. We cannot see it or touch it. You need a electrical shop to confirm the issue then we can talk money, time and a resolution
