Is voltage getting to solenoid wire on state from key? Possible relay or ignition switch or neutral switch issue?

If it cranks, it could be the high pressure pump, glow plug failure or injector issue.

Yes the starter is working, took it off and had it tested, put it back on and has the same problem. Thats why I wanted to find out were the neutral park switch is or the stater relay, or is there a fuse?
