Truck will not start

Truck will not start, lights do come on. Tried to jump battery off truck still will not start. Low fuel light comes on. But there is a half tank of gas in truck. Also, just to be on the safe side did put more gas in tank with gas canister.

Hello,

Just a quick question, when you turn the ignition key does the engine crank over or is there absolutely nothing, or is there a clicking sound?

Also, should mention key is a key remote that's taped up.
