Truck starts but immediately stalls

Yesterday my husband went out started his truck ran in house for lunch box went back out to truck turned off dome light. Immediately the truck spit and sputtered then shut off no code except o2 sensor. Anyone have any idea as to what this could be?

I have seen more than one Dodge truck act that way because of a bad O2 sensor. The sensor "drops out" and the computer starts to correct the fuel mix using default values and the sensor come back and the PCM tries to adjust again.
