Hi, first problem fuel pump died so changed it out maaaan truck flies awesome for couple weeks then slowly over a wk sputters when push gas peddle so change fuel filter does not help eventually dies. I am 230 km from nearest town in my village. A tow costs $900.00 I cannot afford. I have been getting different mechanics to look at it so pump works good there is fuel pressure guy tested it fuel squirt good. Then changed a sensor on bottom left side gm dealer mechanic fig that was it nope. So figured it was mass air flow sensor got spray cleaned it. The only way to get truck to turn over pour gas in carburetor. Truck turns over cannot push on gas fast engine shakes n sputters out immediately, but if I push gas pedal very slow revs up good and does not cut out. Releasing pedal slowly engine will stay going. She runs very smoothly and quiet excellent engine. When its running. Pulling my hair out am not a mechanic I am self taught can change out most parts have truck manual am cleaning what sensors I can from YouTube trouble shooting. Some say with same truck catalytic converter or throttle sensor or crankshaft position sensor. Winter is almost here need my truck ASAP! I drive elders around to and from events or get fire wood for them my Dodge Caliber four calendar is crap in winter. I cannot afford new truck. Can you help? Thanks. Hope you can your friend Ron Telek. I am a north coast native carver. If you help me get my truck going I will make you a moose bone pendant in trade. My granny always said somebody helps you play it forward. Indian trade so to speak of or you could call me I am a desperate dude.
