The water pump on this truck was making a loud noise (but truck was not overheating). I replaced the water pump (again because noise) with the new pump installed it started overheating (first drive). I removed the thermostat to be ensure it was not the problem and it still overheated. I changed pump again and truck still overheats. Anyone had this issue?

Put a new thermostat and a new radiator cap and after make sure to properly bleed the cooling system of any air. Make sure the fan is also blowing strong air when it is warm if not replace the fan. If all is okay you could have a restriction in the radiator or the heater core.
