Can I swap my zf5hp19 automatic transmission with a zf5hp24 automatic transmission? If so besides an update on the computer is there anything else I would need like driveshaft or sensors? I just do not see anything on the internet pertaining to automatic transmission swaps and what is compatible.

BMW likes to keep information a secret. In answer to your question, I do not think they will swap. The gearing is different which means you would need the correct computer for the transmission which also has to match the engine computer. If you have the ability to reprogram them to match then it might be possible.
