I can’t get my car started because it’s not reading that it’s in park. I can’t seem to locate the transmission range sensor. I used to be able to wiggle wires around and it would read it’s in park and I could start it and be on my way. This time that’s not working.

Where were the wires you wiggled? Unless you were wiggling the harness inside the transmission it likely isn't the position sensor. Instead it is probably a broken wire or connector in the area you were moving the wires. I would look there for a damaged or broken wire.
