Good morning.

Yes, you can but you must install a cooler and place it in front of the radiator. The transmission cannot last without having a cooler for the fluid. You can get one at a parts store as they sell a variety of different coolers.

Why would you want to bypass the cooler?
Is the cooler not inside the radiator?
If the cooler is broken, transmission fluid and coolant has mixed and both the cooling system and transmission will have to be flushed out and new fluid put in as well as fixing the broken oil cooler.
Spectre premium has a radiator CU1555 and it is sold at rockauto for $165.00. I am sure there are other places that sell it as well.
