Hi guys,
My cars started making a screechy sort of grinding noise. It only does it once the cars warmed up and while changing gears and even after letting of the accelerator under hard acceleration. Can be a bit picky when it makes the noise but has done it in all gears except reverse. Any ideas? I am assuming gear syncros?
Any help appreciated.

The screeching with a synchro would only happen when shifting no other time. check fluid level first. then if anything it may be the release bearing making noise which would happen when you release the clutch and maybe while running. See links. Tt may also be wheel bearings or axles as well.
