This flashing is a fault warning, you need to get the codes read and if you need further assistance post the codes here.

Thanks for your response ! Would it be a good idea to change the TCU, instead of redoing all the codes?

No, because the transmission faults are generated by the transmission in 95% of the cases, check the codes first to see what they refer too first

Thanks for your response ! So that means I have to get a OBD device to check the codes, or can I access them another way?

You will require an OBD reader, some spare parts outlets will do a scan for free, but you can purchase a generic scanner fairly cheap, cheap scanners will only give codes with no definitions.
