After turning car on, and shifting gear to drive, the car gear is finding difficulties on changing the first gear. And once it changes the gear everything runs smoothly.

Note: when turning the car on and the engine were hot it changes the gear smoothly.

Just to be clear what the issue is, when the vehicle is cold and you start the engine and then drive it, grinds or make noise when shifting to second? Or does it just rev high and not want to shift to second? Maybe get a recording of what it is doing.

Then we need to check the fluid level and condition. If the fluid is not correct then we need to change that out to start.

Lastly we should check for codes just to make sure we don't have any.

Let me know if you have questions or what you find with this. Thanks

Hight revs and doesn't want to shift to the second gear, once the engine temperature increases then the car shifts to the second and runs perfect with all gears.

Okay. Couple more clarify questions because this could be normal. Does the vehicle eventually shift to second if you keep accelerating? Also, did this just start doing this or is this vehicle new to you?

It is not uncommon for a vehicle to hold first gear when cold longer. It is actually programmed into the PCM that it helps get the engine hotter quicker as the vehicle runs its most efficient once it is at operating temp.

The fact that it shift perfect when warm is what is pointing me in this direction.

The only other thing would be fluid so we need to check that and make sure it is full and in good condition.
