Transmission or transfer case

Okay, the other day was going about sixty mph and loud bang then no forward or reverse and busted rear end. Got rear end fixed and still no forward or reverse and the push button four wheel drive lights are acting up. Will not engaging in four wheel drive.
Please help.

Even if the transfer case will not engage in four wheel drive, the transmission should go into gear. If there is damage in the transfer case, I would expect it to make some kind of noise when the trans is engaged. I would pull the trans pan and see if there is anything which indicates an internal problem there. Also, you may want to drain the transfer case fluid to see if there is any metal debris mixed with the fluid.
