1997 Toyota Tercel

I recently installed a new stereo and speakers in my car. Now the tail lights and dash lights wont come on at all. Each time I put a fuse in it breaks.I unpluged the stereo and speakers to see if that was the problem and it's not the fuse continues to break

Does the fue blows only when the lights turned ON?

When installing the stereo, was any wires for the connectors spliced?

Which fuse is blowing?

Yes the fuse blows when the lights are on and it is fuse 15A and yes the wires were spliced when the stereo was installed

The lighting circuit wires are shorted to ground. Recheck the splicing. Attached is a schematic of the radio circuit.
