1992 Toyota Tercel car cut off and won;t start

Trying to find out were to hook dlc data link connector I look under steerwheel and pull ashtray out I saw the computer box but I didn;t see the connector

The diagnostic check connector see below for location-its on the side of the engine compartment fuse/ relay block no.2
