If I start my car every morning or drive it for a few minutes each day, the battery will hold a charge for a few months. After 2-3 months (less during sub-freezing temperatures) the car will not start and has to be jump started. Replacing the battery and having the charging system checked has not discovered or solved the problem. Note: I had a remote starter installed in 2002 and use it daily during cold weather. Could the remote starter possibly have anything to do with this problem?
