84 Toyota sr5 accelerator pump

I parked my truck about 5 years ago and just pulled it out from the garage everything worked fine when it was put away I took the engine out and put it into my 81 toyota pickup there is fuel going to the carb but the accelerator pump is not pumping anything into the carb if I choke it by hand it gets fuel that way could my accelerator pump be bad or is there a silenoid that needs to be hooked up to make it work

It's too old for me to look it up, but are there any wires attached to the carb? If so, it's a computer controlled carb, if not, get a Jiffy rebuild kit and replace the rubber parts. Sitting that long carb is probably gummed up.
