1988 Toyota Pickup wont start

I have a 1988 toyota truck with a 22re EFI engine, I have fuel pressure, air and spark but still no start, also when I put some gas straight into the throttle body it will start, also the cylinders are washing down with gas. Any advice, thanks

Check and test the fuel pressure regulator and airflow meter-BTW what's the fuel pressure reading?

Changed out the pressure reg, dont really know the pressure I just know its alot.

Anyone with any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I would like to know why it is only burning gas that is dumped straight into the throttle body
