2000 Toyota Corolla parking lights staying on after car is o

2000 Toyota Corolla Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Manual 95000 miles

I went ot start my car and found the battery dead. I charged up the battery and started up the car let it run 20 mins to charge. Noticed that when I shut the car off that the parking lights were still on but there is no switch due to the lights all come on when car is started (runing lights). Wondering how to get the lights to stay off when car is off. Thanks Jean
