2000 Toyota Corolla knocking sound

I would take it back to the installer, but is sounds like something was not properly tightened or they were not installed properly.
You can remove the front wheels, put on stands, and check the bracket bolts and caliper bolts for proper torque.
If equipped with rear drums, the drums may have not been turned or are out of round, or some hardware came off or installed improperly.
