2007 Toyota Corolla knock

They toll the car in to my work shop that the car not turning and there is oil in the sump. I try to roll the engine and I found out that the camshaft got knocked I check the filter inside the cylinder head and it was so dirty but to cut the details short I have loose the engine and I am copling it back trying to set the timing but one of the cam is marked and the other is not. Please what am I going to do.

Sounds like it needs a new cam if the belt/chain broke you bent valves and need that fixed. Sounds like engine has h ad very poor maintenance and was terribly taken care of. We dont' have the 1.4 in U.S. But her eis what we have on timing marks. See pics
