Slight vibration, rough engine and sluggish power

I bought a camry 2000 2.4L last year. Now about 150,000 km. Recently, I can feel slight vibration as I accelerate. The engine sound also has become rougher and the power also is not like it used to be (a little sluggish). A mechanic told me to change the air and fuel filter, also to do a fuel injection service. Will that really help?

That was good advice and throw in a new set of plugs. With that many miles a set of plug wires wouldn't hurt. The shudder is caused by either a misfire or a tranny problem
