1996 Toyota Camry vibration problem

Hi Recently I bought a Used car and changed CV axels on mechanic suggetion, From that day onwards Am observing slight vibration when ever I apply the break, like coming to halt at signals and while running no problem.

Could you please tell me what will be the problem.

Recheck your work on the axles-might be the spindle nut-not tight enough or improper installation, could also be a warped rotor
