Fuel filter

You can often get a free code read from major auto retail stores, they will not do a fuel rail pressure test.

These are one of the hardest filters to change. What I do is remove the top fitting, and unbolt the bracket off the inner guard. Carefully twist the filter & pipe down enough to see the union nut. There is a fair amount of give but be carefully, then using a good quality 14mm pipe spanner and also using a spanner to hold the filter, you should be able to easily undo the fitting, bay be give it a good spray and let it sit for a bit first.

That is correct. There is no service interval for your vehicle's fuel filter. It is supposed to last the life of the vehicle.

Wait for it to stop leaking and inspect where its leaking and remove and replace
