REPLACING DRIVER SIDE WINDOW MOTOR

Interior problem
1998 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 145, 00 miles

Driver window is slow going down and takes hours to go up. Suspect bad motor. Any tips on replacing take door apart and replacing motor? Thanks

The power window motor is attached to the window regulator. If service is required, remove the window regulator from the inside of the door panel and detach the motor from the regulator

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the front door panel to gain access to the regulator assembly.
Remove the service hole cover.
Lower the regulator until the door glass is in the fully open position.
Remove the two glass channel mount bolts.
Pull the glass up and out of the door.
If equipped, unbolt and remove the inside door panel frame.
Disconnect the electrical wiring.
Remove the equalizer arm bracket mounting bolts.
Remove the window regulator mounting bolts and remove the regulator (with the power window motor attached) through the service hole.
