I need to replace the drivers side window motor. Can you explain how to do it and what tools I may need. Also is there any obstacles I need to know about or watch out for? Thanks for your help

Anything electrical is more expensive when it comes to the hourly rates of a mechanic shop. So I would try to do it myself. And one option is to actually get the motor off of a simillar car at the junk yard. No one is gonna know you have a motor from the junk yard unless you tell them, and you will save a pretty penny. Tools will be the normal ones except for maybe an occasional allen or torx. Check this out.
