1998 Toyota Camry Help! Can't fill car with gas

Every time we go to fill up I can only put.50 cents in before the pump handle clicks off acting like it's full. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to fill up car at this rate. Help, its getting cold outside.

Hello -

I have attached a pic for you. Check your vent line hose that goes to the charcoal canister for damage. If okay, remove the end on the canister and see if it will take fuel okay then.
