1996 Toyota Camry grinding stuck brakes

1996 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hello , I fixed my brakes 3 months ago (New Pads, rotor), and now the grinding is back, with potentially stuck caliper (according to one garage).

the Rim is getting very HOT from driving, what could prevent this.

Sounds like brakes are dragging. Id put on new calipers because you ddint do them last time. And if they seize up chances are the other ones will too. And from there put on new pads and rotors and make sure the brake lines are not restricted causing pressure ot stay applied on brakes
