1995 Toyota Camry Valve seals/ oilleaks

My car emmits blue smoke at start up which according to many mechanics could be due to worn out stem valve seals. Also the car has noticible multiple oil leaks. It leaves some drops on the ground when parked. Is this repairable and what is the fair estimate for this at a dealershipor alternative car repair shops?

Its gonna take 11.5hrs to R/R seals-Labor rate ranges from $70.00-$130.00 per hr varies with location. The seals itseld should be no more than $50.00

Oil leak somewhere else could be oil pump/front and rear crankshaft seals/oil pan and valve cover gaskets/distributor o-ring seal
