1991 Toyota Camry distributer cap

How do I take off the distributer cap.
Also the car is a little hesitant while driving
Starts fine but while driving becomes hesitant
goes away then comes back every now an then.
had the problem once before took it to
a guy and he cleaned the distributer. Oil
was on it. That fixed it but now it's doing the same.
