I heard a slight wispy noise from the engine, I took it in to my personal mechanic and he said it was the timing belt, he suggested that I replace the water pump as well, in which I payed him to replace both. is an indication of a misfire
as for replacing water pump with timing belt is a good idea
let them check or scan truck for codes
