Intermittently when I come to a stop and then try to drive again my right rear wheel will lock up. Does the same in reverse. I have to put it in park and such to disengage to drive again.

I have verified that the wheel spins fine when tranny is disengaged.

I did get error code twice before I took it in to get flushed. It read solenoid malfunction B and D.

Too soon to see if the check engine has come back on and the locking problem happened again after I took it out of the shop.
haven't been able to get it to do it again but I suspect that it will come up.

Any ideas? I am alittle afraid to keep driving it as well as put my toddler in it.

I am not a Toyota expert but it seems to me to be an anti-lock or traction control issue. Perhaps this is something simple, like a wheel speed sensor. Have you ruled out a mechanical brake issue yet?

I am not sure. What we did -
When it was locked up, we jacked the rear end up and tried to move the tire, it would not.
We put it in neutral and it spun fine.
Also pulled wheel off when we locked up and checked out drum, didn't appear to be stuck.
Not sure if it was related but got shift solenoid malfunction twice before I took it in to get the tranny flushed.
