1994 Toyota 4Runner Timing belt

I am having trouble locating (Spain) anyone to do a change for me except Toyota (Mega bucks!) Can I change this myself? I am an above average do it yourselfer regarding mechanics. Thanks in advance

Remove coolant fan
remove drive belt
remove crank shaft damper (this is a challenge job to do with out special tools )
remove timing cover
set and mark timing makes
remove timing belt
install new belt make sure timing makes on after timing belt was tighten
rotate by hand twice and recheck the marks
