1993 Toyota 4Runner

Oh jeez! That happened to me and it was my water pump! I realized that after I blew a hose and cracked one of my heads! If you don't get it fixed right away this might happen to you and it is NOT cheap! I have a 92 4 runner and everything you said was exactly what I went through. I had a leak, thought it was my radiator (which I had to replace that too) I just kept adding water making sure the temp needle stayed below the half mark. I thought as long as it didn't over heat I was good to go! Not true. If your engine stays even a lil bit on the hotter side, you take the risk of messing your heads up. O! And mine was leaking too, I could see the drip but did not know where it was coming from, it was coming from my water pump. So get it checked ASAP!

Thanks for the replys.I went and bought a water pump and soon will have it on.I hope this fixes my problem but I am confident it will cause all of my problems sound like your response. Thanks again!
