The car fails to pull up

My Nissan sunny is fitted with GA15-DE engine. This car has developed a very fun behavior;
1. Sometimes the engine is failing to accelerate and when I try to push the pedal down, it even sound intermittent cutting.
2. White smoke is coming out of the tail pipe.

What could be wrong with this car?

The white smoke from the exhaust leads me to believe there is a blown head gasket. Coolant burns white. Many times a bad head gasket will allow coolant into the combustion chamber and white smoke will come out the exhaust. Have that checked.
