I feel sick whenever I drive my car. Headaches, nausea and fatigue. I think my car has a carbon monoxide leak through the vents but my car filter is new and I have no exhaust leak and there is no smell of gas. The mechanics cant figure out what is wrong. What can the matter be?

Check the condition of the cabin air filter--replace it if it is dirty; here's how:

Headache and nausea should not be related to carbon monoxide leakages, fatigue maybe. Did you try driving with windows down?
