2005 Suzuki Forenza Engine trouble?

Ok I have a 2005 Suzuki Forenza Sedan. Yesterday after work I went to start my car and it wouldn't start but everything else like( light, radio, etc) still worked, and when I got a jump off everything was fine. Now this morning I go to start my car it wont start again, got a jump off and it didnt work this time, but lights and radio still work. It wants to start but right at the end when it seems like its gonna start it makes a rapid clicking sound that can go on until I realize it wont start and stop starting it. What's the problem?

Suspect battery chek open circuit voltage MUST be 12.45V or higher

Have battery checked at most autoparts stores, sounds like it may have a short or bad cell.
