Sunroof will not close?

I opened up the sunroof on my ride home and when I stopped the glass would not close. I popped the switch and checked it with my meter, and it checked out good. I am not getting any power to the plug and cannot find a fuse or relay for the sunroof. Any ideas?

The power for the sunroof comes from the TIPM fuse # 2 - 4.5 amp and fuse # 9 - 40 amp under the hood. Here is a guide to check them for power please check them with the system on, and I have included the sunroof wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.
