I have a 2002 Dodge 1500 series. I pushed button and it didn't move, I hit again and it seems to have jumped off track. How do you know when switch is bad, or is it the motor, or the regulator?

You need to remove the door panel to check to see if the track is moving but not the windoe. Honestly, chances are if it is off track, the glass would have fallen into the door.
