Hello, I am currently building my stock 302 engine, I am running trick flow forged pistons and afr heads. I was wondering if I need to run a high-volume oil pump, or can I run a stock oil pump?

I would run a high flow pump; increased flow rate only means that you can push more oil through the system and oil acts like a coolant as well as a lubricant. The higher flow helps with both. The only drawback to a high flow pump is that you have to use quality oil filters and stay on top of oil quality in order to keep the oil flowing at the higher rates.
