Diesels when turned off during the high acceleration

When starting the engine, the engine accelerates at high speed until I turn off the ignition. But then it does not turn off completely. Instead it diesels. It diesels only when being forced to turn the car off when it has started at full speed acceleration. The problem is only occasionally.

The high idle is the problem once they is fixed the dieseling will stop. It sounds like you have a IAC motor that is stuck. Here are two guides to help and the location of the IAC for your car below:
