No starter?

When I crank up the car it wont start and makes and engine makes a click noise battery is fully charged. Black wire is connected perfectly, but the red wire is not. Both of my terminals were replaced with screw on, and red wire has a lot of wires sticking out from it I tried to put the wires in the terminal and screw it on, but still not working. Please help I do not know what to do!

Have an assistant hit body of starter with hammer while trying to start if it starts the starter is shot. I am assuming you are just looking at wires and none have been disconnected.
