The car starts but will not keep running. just wondering if you would have any idea what might cause this.

Does the car have the check engine light on? If it is and you don't have access to a scanner/code reader most auto parts stores have a loaner program and will rent you one.Here is a tutorial showing how to read codes:
Fuel pressure should be between 35-70 psi. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
