First you need to disconnect the battery negative cable. Then raise the car up, this guide can help:

Then remove the positive cable and the trigger wire along with the starter motor mounting bolts and it should come out of the engine bay. It weights about 10 pounds so be ready. You may need to remove a CV axle or some heat shielding to get the the starter which is located on the right side of the engine down low near the bell housing of the transmission.
