Simple test. Start the engine, pull the starter relay out of the relay box on the drivers side. The starter should disengage. If it stays in then the starter or the solenoid on it are bad. If it disengages use a test light or voltmeter to check the terminals in the box for power. Only one terminal (red wire terminal B) should have power. If the yellow wire on terminal F has power you have an issue with the ignition switch.
