Will not turn over

Car will not turn over, when it does start I drive it if the temperature outside is hot and I use the air. When I stop and turn off car it will not start have to wait about an hour. New battery, new crankshaft still will not turn over. I hear a noise in the shifter only. I have two keys either works.

It sounds like you have a starter that is going out, here is a guide to help you confirm. Look toward the bottom of the guide.
