When I'm driving sometimes it feels as if im in neutral. Also like 4 times I have been driving along and with no warning the battery light comes on and the car dies rpms go up and thats it I pull over sometimes it will start after a few minutes and sometimes not it will just click click click. Toyota where I bought it couldnt find anything wrong with it and neither could my mechanic. Dodge claims they dont know either

More then likely this is a battery issue or the TIPM which is like the body controller has failed. Specifically the ASD relay on this vehicle is part of the TIPM and will require replacement.

The ASD is the auto shut down relay which basically supplies power to the ignition system. When this has an issue the vehicle will just shut off.

However, the vehicle shifting to neutral is a separate issue. So let's address the stalling issue here and we can get a new post started on the shifting issue.

Here is a guide that will help with the stalling issue:

Let's run through this material and go from there. Thanks
